What voters need to know

Democratic and Dem Leaning NPP voters likely to vote in the June primary need to see and see on the go:
  1. Matsui knows what it is like to experience injustice, even from her own government. She was born in an internment camp in Arizona, after her family was forced to leave their home by the federal government because they were Japanese American. She later grew up on a farm in the Central Valley, graduated from college in the Bay Area, married, and moved to her husband’s hometown, Sacramento, where she raised her family. Her life experience is why she will fight every day to protect her community.

  2. Congresswoman Doris Matsui is working to lower healthcare premiums and to lower prescription drug costs, has consistently delivered for our districts including flood protection and infrastructure like light rail, while she is standing up for immigrant families by repeatedly voting NO on funding ICE and opposing illegal ICE activity in Sacramento.

More updates to come.
